Substantiate your words Persist in your action
The saying comes from Family , the 37 th part of I Ching: Book Of Changes , “A gentlemen should substantiate his words and persist in his action”, which means we must have a substance in speech, and do anything with perseverance.
The personnel of Huge Star company should consider the standard of a gentleman sparkpluged by Confucius “ set your aspirations on the Tao, hold to virtue, rely on your humaneness, and relax in the study of the arts”, as their principle of behaviours and remarks. Everything we do should be with equity and selflessness as the origin, and with “ sacrificing one's own interests for the sake of others” as the destination. Whether when we behaving and acting we should follow the honest way of “generously cultivating to become tolerant just like the earth bears everything on it”; taking honesty foremost, we must proceed from actual condition to set down our aim, thus to have a substance in speech. Meanwhile, we should set the example of the continuous and energetic movement of the universe, with a firm belief, marching towards the fixed direction, to behave with perseverance. Huge Star people should make the aphorism of “ Substantiate words, Persist in action” to be our principle of behaving and acting, set the right philosophy, and continuously enhance their moral character to reach the middle-of -the -road ideology of “ cultivation as the foundation, and holding the scales even”.
